Wizkid will not be performing at FUTR Festival Tonight!
FUTR Festival organisers have announced that WizKid has cancelled his performance, which was due to take place this evening, Friday 10th December at 8.00pm.
Ticket holders will still be able to enjoy all the other performances tonight with an exciting line-up of musical talent featuring Jamaican-born, London-bred star Alicaì Harley set to wow the crowd with her unique mix of pop, R’n’B, UK grime and dance-hall beats, supported on stage by DJ Crown Prince, aka The Sound Rebel.
FUTR Festival will refund all ticket holders for Friday’s event. However, tickets will still be required at the door
Performing in the UAE, Afropop supreme Wizkid is set to perform the headline set in December at FUTR World Middle East. Mixing elements of R&B, grime, and reggae with Afrobeats, Wizkid will shine a bright light on his own creativity and excellence to the masses.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in London, Alicai Harley aka ‘Hot Shot’ is the next big thing making a global splash with her dance-hall, pop, R’n’B and UK grime sounds. Listed as #OneToWatch by BBC 1Xtra & Capital Xtra, she will be making her first appearance in the UAE at FUTR World.
